As the efficiency of our machinery continues to improve so does our ability to support our customers. Taking advantage of the advanced communication technologies now available, Kval’s Support Team is able to work remotely with your maintenance staff or contractor to diagnose and troubleshoot machinery issues.

The majority of machinery issues can be resolved through this service and therefore we highly recommend it as the first step of support. Utilizing new communication technology to resolve simple machinery issues eliminates the expensive travel, board, and labor costs incurred from needing a Kval technician to fly to your facility.

Your maintenance personnel must have the following tools available to them:

  • Access to a broadband internet connection
  • An iPhone or Android smart-phone (we use Apple FaceTime or Google Duo for video)
  • A voltmeter
  • A standard toolset

Launch the Support Client

Double-click on the file Kval_Help_idcyqvm64a.exe you just downloaded to open the Kval support app. Once it is open please enter your name and a brief description of the issue you're having. Now you're ready for the next step!
