Discount Pricing, Free Phone Support
For over 60 years KVAL has provided
unlimited telephone support for occasional maintenance issues. In
the past we’ve used our parts pricing to help offset the cost of
this free support. However, as we strive to make our pricing as
competitive as possible we are no longer able to provide this
unlimited free service when problems take more than 15 minutes to
solve over the phone.
We considered charging a fee for
every call or even requiring service contracts for support, but such
a plan might annoy many of our best customers. Instead we’ve come
up with a reasonable approach we believe is fair and easy to
understand, one which will also save our best customers money.
We are introducing the KVAL
Advantage, a two-level technical support and parts discount program:

Gold
Advantage gives you unlimited phone and email support, combined
with a 3% savings on parts ordered through the KVAL online store
at
WWW.KVALINC.COM.
This program costs $300 per year.

Platinum
Advantage also provides you unlimited phone and email support,
but provides a 5% savings on parts purchased online at
WWW.KVALINC.COM and free
UPS ground shipping on all online tooling orders.
This program costs $500 per year.
It
is important for you to know you are not required to participate in
the Advantage program to get free support. KVAL will continue to
provide free technical phone support for up to 15 minutes even if you choose not to sign up for the Advantage
program.
For
complex problems that require more than 15 minutes we will charge
$85 per hour if you are not an Advantage participant. Older machines,
produced before 1990, will cost $125 per hour if more than 15
minutes are required and you are not in the Advantage program.
