High-Speed Hinge Jamb Machine routs pockets
for 5/8"-radius hinges. Employing four 1-3/4
HP routers, it can simultaneously machine
pockets for four hinges. After jambs are
manually placed into position, all other
operations are automatic, including ejection
down chute into bins. Bins are not included
in the price. Capacity is 8 jambs per
minute. Customer must supply hinge centers.
Installation, if required, can be done by a
KVAL factory technician at additional cost.
