The Edge STS completes any boring and
mortising required on the lock edge of the door. Machining heads
optionally include four corner square chisels, 1” bore for 161
preps, with two three heavy duty 7-1/2 HP high frequency routers -
one set-up as counter rotating head to eliminate chipping the door
face. An additional 10HP router is provided with a solid 13/16”
carbide tool for mortise pockets smaller than 1” in width. Corner
square chisels and pre-drill for screws are available options. |
