KVAL's DP-1 Deep Drill is designed for flush bolt machining in doors. Machine drills up to 36” deep with a 21/32” diameter bit. Price includes two CT-1 caster tables.

Door is rolled into position against adjustable stops and a neoprene seal surrounding the cutting tool. Clamping is pneumatic via a foot pedal. During the manual drilling operation, air is forced into the hole to flush chips through the hollow cutter shank, hollow arbor and into an evacuation system. The cutting tool is specially designed to prevent wandering due to grain variations or different stile and core materials.

Drill unit is mounted on two 1-1/2” diameter chrome shafts for rigidity and belt driven by 1 HP 3 Phase motor. 20 CFM required.
